Heatless Korean Style Mool Gyul Waves (물결웨이브)

Mool Gyul waves are really popular in Korea and look very natural and effortless. Although it is usually created using a straight iron, we can get the same outcome without the damaging heat.

What you will need:

♡About 5 hair ties (depending on how much hair you have)

Let’s begin!

1. Moisten hair with water. Only a little is fine. Concentrate more on the bottom half of your hair.

2. Section off a small part of your hair.

3. Fold the piece of hair into 3 and secure a hair tie around it. (See picture below)

4. Continue step 3 until all hair is tied up.

5. Wait until hair is completely dry or sleep with it overnight and remove hair bands.

6. Run your finger or comb through your wavy hair a few times and you should have beautiful 물결웨이브!! ♡♡

  1. Beautiful! I tried this and for the best results I recommend using no more than 5 elastics, because if you separate the hair into strands that are too thin, you will get a frizzy, burnt out look.
